Its official. Steve Ballmer at MSN has reported they will switch over 100% to AdCenter today. We have been testing the system for several months now, and it does have its issues. Although we have been able to purchase clicks at below market value, we have had very little success using the conversion tracking tools. Either none of the clicks are converting or (more likely) the system isnt working properly. We have also struggled to figure out the reporting application. For the average user it will take some time before you get it. I am a believer in Microsoft, so I know that the products will continue to improve. And it is nice to see them closing the gap with Google and Yahoo by offering their own technologies. Now if they could just sort out their spam filled index.
