Are we in control of our own decisions?

Today I want to post a video of one Dan Ariely, professor of psychology and behavioral economics at Duke university. In this talk he discusses how many of our decisions are founded not on intelligence and rational decision making, but on external influences, which can create rational illusions, shaping our preferences and decisions.
