An Associate Director on the Cardinal Path Project Management team will be responsible for thought leadership and governance of our Project Management department. Successful candidates work cross-departmentally to help improve the quality and efficiency of delivery. The Director of Data Science will provide support for the Group Director in the daily management of new and existing team members, which could include managers and analysts at all levels. You are responsible for managing your team with guidance, oversight and counsel from the Group Director. At the highest level, this position is responsible for the processes and practices related to implementing analytics for our customers, and the training and mentoring of staff related to these processes and practices.  This role also involves client facing consulting responsibilities.

The Client Services (CS) Consultant will work within our Center of Excellence Team, supporting clients that leverage the Google Marketing Platform, and will provide strategic oversight and revenue growth on a book of client businesses. 

The optimal candidate will have expertise in leveraging data and analytics to guide marketing decision-making. They will also have a familiarity with digital media principles and apply them to defining, planning and executing against a client’s objectives.

A successful candidate must be an effective communicator and possess the ability to work with teammates across departments, locations and time zones to deliver quality work to meet and exceed client expectations while identifying and cultivating growth opportunities. They must be comfortable creating and refining processes and mining for new revenue opportunities, primarily within existing client businesses. They must possess excellent active listening skills to understand client needs and translate those needs to business opportunities.

The Data Science Consultant (Data Engineer) will have proven expertise in system architecture, database design, data integrations, and be an expert in SQL and Python. Experience with delivering in big data platforms such as Google BigQuery, Microsoft Azure SQL DB/Synapse, or Amazon Redshift is essential. Expertise with traditional RDBMS platforms such as SQL Server or Oracle and NoSQL and Hadoop environments would complement. Data integration experience using ETL platforms such as AirFlow, Talend, Alteryx, or Fivetran is important.

Experience in the digital data and analytic ecosystem and intermediate knowledge in Web Analytic tools (Google Analytics or the Adobe Marketing Cloud), and API expertise is a major plus!
