A message on the Cardinal Path planned merger

As some of you may know, PublicInsite announced last month our planned merger with VKI Studios and WebShare to form a new company to be called Cardinal Path. I am very excited by this development as we will now be one of the largest web analytics, search optimization, search marketing and data-driven marketing consulting firms in North America, and a leading force for innovation in our industry.

For our clients, the merger will bring added benefits by expanding our range of services, providing access to key thought leaders, and further strengthening our position as a premier provider of Google Analytics services.

The merger of PublicInsite with VKI Studios and WebShare enables us to offer expertise across virtually all major web analytics tools, as demonstrated by our growing list of web analytics certifications including Omniture, Google AdWords, Google Website Optimizer, WebTrends, Urchin and Yahoo Web Analytics.

Additionally, in one fell swoop, we have added an entire division of mobile and social media measurement ninjas. We will be able to serve more clients across North America by maintaining our Ottawa, Ontario location and adding offices in Vancouver, British Columbia; Mountain View, California; and Phoenix, Arizona.

Leading the pack

The merged company, Cardinal Path, will benefit from a cadre of notable thought leaders in the field of web analytics and search optimization. This allows us to offer services from a stellar cast of talented consultants including three people who wrote the book on Google Analytics: Justin Cutroni, David Booth and Corey Koberg. Cardinal Path will be a leader in innovation and services in the web analytics marketplace.

How will this merger affect our clients? Most importantly, there will be no changes in the services they currently receive or the staff now working on their accounts and projects. All clients can expect the same high-quality work from the same PublicInsite consultants they have come to know and trust.

We will be creating new avenues and opportunities for learning by expanding our training services in Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Social Media measurement and search optimization, and community development via our Briefing Sessions, Web Analytics Wednesdays events and conferences. We are looking forward to sharing the news of these and other exciting developments over the coming months.

Our goal is to have the merger to be fully completed by the end of September 2011.

Thank you for helping make PublicInsite the success it is today and enabling us to grow into an even stronger force in data driven web analytics. We look forward to continuing to serve you.

Sincerely,

Alex Langshur

President, PublicInsite Web Analytics Inc.
