Job Description

Working closely and cross-functionally in the Cardinal Path Team, the Operations Resource Coordinator plays a pivotal role in helping to streamline internal business operations support department delivery by managing resources effectively to both optimize billable utilization and maintain employee satisfaction. As a growing consultancy, the ability to manipulate data using excel and other reporting tools is required. It is important to have strong organization, project management and people management skills as they will routinely interact with team members. The Resource Coordinator will align operational plans to provide adequate coverage for all current and future work. Being driven to improve processes and innovate are also an important factor within the wheelhouse of this position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Accomplishes business objectives by improving, maintaining, and enforcing business operations and procedures.
  • Routinely interacts with Sales, Delivery Department Directors, and Project Managers in order fill resource requests for team project assignments.
  • Oversees the creation and development of weekly project reporting to Project Managers and Supervisors.
  • Makes strategic project assignment decisions based on resource capacity data.
  • Proactively prepares project coverage plans for resource onboarding, time off, and transitions.
  • Oversees the creation and development of reoccurring Utilization reporting to Delivery Department Supervisors.
  • Documentation of operational processes to enhance internal communication and training
  • Actively engage in the pre-delivery Operations procedures for creating, setting up, and monitoring delivery projects with our Professional Services Automation Solution (PSA) Netsuite / OpenAir software platforms.
  • Support Cardinal Path staff by answering questions and providing assistance with our business operations tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (marketing/business related)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel
  • Aptitude to learn new technology and business operations software
  • Excellent Communication and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude
  • Experience with Netsuite and OpenAir is a plus
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently in meeting deadlines

Job Description

This position will involve working side-by-side with our Implementation Engineers to support the analytic needs of our clients. The role will be responsible for the development of advanced JavaScript code involving analytics implementations with platforms such as Google Analytics, and the Adobe Marketing Cloud. Other initiatives may include dashboard development, data integration projects, and analytics implementations for mobile apps (iOS and Android).

Job Responsibilities

  • Mastering technical skillset related to web analytics & implementations.
  • Identify & implement opportunities for automation and innovation in web analytics implementation, quality assurance, and reporting.
  • Support the internal team in the installation, configuration, and use of web analytics platforms.
  • Support technical training and knowledge sharing in web analytics for clients and the project team.
  • Work with client development teams to install, configure & use web analytics services such as Google Analytics, Adobe Marketing Cloud and others using best practices.
  • Support and confirm proper configuration and tagging of clients marketing campaigns.
  • Support best practices consulting services to clients to enhance their Web analytics platform strategy and technical needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of JavaScript, HTML and web protocols involving DOM manipulation and jQuery.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) – comfortable presenting technical information.
  • Ability to problem solve, establish a strategy, and communicate this plan to key stakeholders and work through the plan.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to break down a business issue into an analytical approach towards an implementation.

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Exposure to Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.
  • Exposure to Tag Management Solutions such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, Ensighten, Signal, or Tealium.
  • Experience with SQL-based queries (PHP, MySQL or other), flat-file handling through programmatic code, ETL tools.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript visualization libraries, Bootstrap UI library, Google Analytics implementation libraries, APIs and AJAX/REST-based queries.
  • Experience with iOS and Android app development.

Job Description

The Data Science Consultant will be responsible for working directly with various internal stakeholders to develop analytics strategies for our clients working in a wide variety of domains. This work will include ad-hoc analysis of raw data, statistical model development, research into emerging analytics trends, presentation development, as well as technology research. The position will be delivering advanced analytics and help to improve our clients’ web analytics and digital marketing programs. Opportunities will include the application of analytics skills within a robust cloud environment, as well as supporting modelling work relating to the analysis. This work is key to support the team, as we are continuously evolving our data strategies in order to create solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the realm of data science, which includes statistical programming skills, machine learning, and data visualization. One of Cardinal Path’s focus areas is web analytics, experience with the web data is beneficial and an intermediate knowledge of Web Analytic tools (Google Analytics or Adobe Marketing Cloud) is highly desired. In addition, media analytics experience would be very beneficial. For this job level, previous experience delivering data solutions for analytics is required. The ability to communicate analysis work out and report will be important. The analyst will have the ability to use tools such as R, Python, Big Query, while honing their ability to use visualization tools like Tableau.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Synthesize business needs and create business/functional design documents which can be used to build analysis and data models
  • Client-facing skills which will include providing quantitative analyses, recommendations and presentations to clients.
  • Assess data for validity and work on required data preparation with attention to detail and alignment to business requirements.
  • Translate data into analytical outputs that enables our clients to answer fundamental questions that are central to their business success.
  • Develops, implements, and supports methodologies, standards, and tools for analysis and data science work.
  • Partners with insights and analysis leads from the Digital Intelligence team as well as Digital Marketing team within Cardinal Path to help deliver quality insights as required.
  • Build cooperative, productive relationships with clients and vendors by utilizing excellent communication skills, while also interacting effectively internally and externally.
  • Participation and development of data science and analytic products while identifying key areas for improvement of products and services.
  • Be curious and structured thinking to break down ambiguous problems to build relevant solutions and push the limits of current analysis output.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field of study (Applied Statistics, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or relevant quantitative field) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Data Scientist or a Master’s degree with 2-5 years’ experience as an Data Scientist. Advanced degree in quantitative field preferred.
  • Proficiency with classical statistical modelling methods and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems.
  • Strong Python and/or R skills for model design and development.
  • Proficiency with SQL and an experience working with Google cloud environment.
  • Experience connecting Tableau or other visualization systems and using for dashboarding or analysis.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and is comfortable working with remote teams.

What will make you stand out

  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics and channels.
  • Previous experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Previous experience with marketing and media analytics including database marketing techniques, digital attribution and media mix modelling.
  • Familiarity with analyzing data for digital marketing and e-commerce, as well as all other non-digital aspects of a business.
