We are a leading digital analytics and digital marketing firm with significant growth behind us and plans to continue with dramatic growth. We are looking for an accomplished Talent Acquisition Lead on a 6-month contract term to join our HR team, with the possibility for extension.

Job Description

  • Managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure a thriving team that is delivering to the organization’s expectation.
  • Conducting weekly huddles with the team to prioritize recruitment activities to ensure the team is on track in achieving objectives.
  • Accountable for full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, job posting, interviewing, advising on candidate selection, reference and criminal background checking, negotiating, and putting the job offer out.
  • Executing recruiting strategies to build effective networks and relationships to maintain a strong pipeline of top talent and contractors.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and candidates during the recruiting cycle to ensure vacant positions are filled in a timely manner with qualified candidates.
  • Ability to assess the candidate’s skills and competency for technical positions.
  • Making connections to leverage candidate pool for consideration when multiple opportunities arise.
  • Reviewing and communicating recruiting metrics to the executive team on a weekly basis.
  • Managing LMIA applications and other visa requirements as required.
  • Ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or any related disciplines.
  • 5+ years of experience in a recruiting and/or sourcing role.
  • 2+ years of team leadership experience will be considered an asset.
  • Background in consulting and technology an asset.
  • Previous work experience in Canadian recruitment an asset.
  • Knowledge of recruiting technology (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed) and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality; mediation and conflict management/resolution experience is required.
  • Strong work ethics, interpersonal skills and communication skills to work professionally, effectively, and reliably with all employees.
  • Ability to travel occasionally within North America.

Web Analyst / Staff Consultant – Analysis & Insights

The Staff Consultant role at Cardinal Path is designed for people who have some exposure to digital analysis or digital business intelligence but really want to grow existing skills and learn new skills. Areas of growth include (but are not limited to) data visualization, deep click stream analysis, and testing strategies and optimization. If this is the right role for you, then read on.

In this role, you will have guidance from a Director on the Analysis & Insights team and work closely with Cardinal Path teammates and also client stakeholders. We will teach you our analytic methodologies which will be executed through both automated reporting and ongoing analysis.

Experience and Skills

  • 2 to 3 years of solid digital business analysis experience in large size companies or agencies with multiple functions / business units preferred.
  • 2 to 3 years of continuous work with standard clickstream analysis tools: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, WebTrends or IBM Digital Analytics (Coremetrics/Unica).
  • 2 to 3 years working in a client results service organization (in an advertising agency, media agency or management consultancy)
  • Bachelor’s degree. Quantitative field preferred.
  • Very strong skills in Excel and PPT. Tableau, Data Studio, SQL or R experience a plus.
  • Previous exposure to advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing, competitive analysis, surveys and market research.
  • Experience and fluency presenting analysis and insights to stakeholders/clients.
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and data visualization with experience creating clear, concise and professional documents.
  • Knowledge of enterprise analytics data management and analytic tools (ex. Teradata, Oracle, SAS, SPSS) a plus.

Associate Director – Client Services

Overview of Opportunity

 

The Associate Director, Client Services will provide strategic oversight and revenue growth on a book of client businesses. The optimal candidate will have expertise in leveraging data and analytics to guide marketing decision-making.  They will also have a familiarity with digital media principles and apply them to defining, planning and executing against a client’s objectives.

 

A successful candidate must be an effective communicator and possess the ability to work with teammates across offices to deliver quality work to meet and exceed client expectations, while identifying and cultivating growth opportunities. They must be comfortable creating and refining processes and mining for new revenue opportunities, primarily within existing client businesses. They must possess excellent active listening skills to understand client needs and translate those needs to business opportunities.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversees client needs, staffing requirements, strategy, quality of work, and budgeting within a book of clients; clearly identifies and communicates clients’ business strategy and needs cross-functionally within Cardinal Path.
  • Supports the creation and execution of an analytics plan that drives actions and outcomes to grow client’s business. Creates and maintains solid client relationships including: strategy development, project management, report delivery, and client communication.
  • Develops a revenue generating plan for clients through incremental and new opportunities rooted in a deep understanding of the Cardinal Path offering coupled with research of clients’ business.
  • Optimizes the drivers of direct sales, including team, technology, spend and programs, to achieve predictability, cost-efficiency, and scale.
  • Ensures and oversees that excellent relationships are maintained and enhanced with appropriate staff at client organizations to achieve continually high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Works with a cross-functional Cardinal Path team to execute an implementation plan, meet plan deadlines, customer expectations and program milestones.
  • Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answers technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teach improved processes.
  • Promotes the mission and values of the organization both internally and externally.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; 
  • 4+ years of experience across a combination of agency and publisher/ad-tech sales-side roles
  • Knowledge of key marketing delivery and reporting platforms including DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Klipfolio, Tableau, etc. required
  • Familiarity with data processing tools (BigQuery, R, SQL) a plus
  • Familiarity with traditional (offline) media concepts a plus
  • Familiarity with data science/modeling concepts and uses in service of media and marketing decision-making a plus
  • Adept at delivering client-facing presentations
  • Skilled at developing and incorporating sales opportunities organically within client discussions

Digital Marketing / PPC Specialist

Cardinal Path is seeking Digital Marketing specialist with 1-2 years of SEM campaign management experience. As a Staff Consultant, Digital Marketing, you will own and be responsible for driving search engine marketing for a variety of clients. Your role will focus on expanding paid visibility across Google, Bing, YouTube, and Yahoo. In addition, Google Display Network, Google Sponsored Promotions, Yahoo Native Ads, YouTube True view, Product Listing Ads, and any other native, self-service ad unit under the major search engines will fall under your management.

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in developing and managing large-scale paid search marketing campaigns for other e-commerce retailers and/or brands.

Job Description

  • Drive customer acquisition and engagement via search engine marketing, including Google, Bing, and Yahoo
  • Drive customer acquisition and engagement via social media marketing, including Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and LinkedIn
  • Optimize campaigns to drive positive ROI and deliver against client KPIs for a variety of business goals
  • Manage planning and execution of online search marketing programs, including campaign setup, monitoring, reporting, analysis, optimization, budget pacing, and forecasting—in addition, you will be responsible for keyword research and expansion, competitive benchmarking, and strategic insights across multiple accounts
  • Partner with our Digital Intelligence team to develop and improve client reporting and dashboards—and analyze individual campaign performances to derive actionable insights to improve performance, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value
  • Provide regular performance updates to client stakeholders and make recommendations while sharing best practices, and alerting to new trends and emerging opportunities

Qualifications:

Working closely and cross-functionally in the Cardinal Path Team, the Digital Project Coordinator plays a supporting role in helping to deliver digital media and analytics services. This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects, a general technical background and some project management experience.
