Job Description

Working closely with the sales team and cross-functionally, the Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in helping generate revenue through the sale of digital media and analytics services.

This position offers an opportunity to utilize your existing administration and communication skills while continuing to learn and develop both sales skills as well as your knowledge of the digital intelligence and marketing space. We are seeking talented sales professionals who will begin their journey with Cardinal Path with this coordination role and are motivated and capable of quickly earning additional sales responsibility.

The work is varied and challenging and you must enjoy and thrive in a busy, deadline driven environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the lead qualification processes applied to inbound inquiries and requests.
  • Helping to respond to proposal requests, preparing sales materials and collateral, and generating client contracts.
  • Providing analysis and research, including compiling prospect backgrounds and performing competitive analysis.
  • Ensuring that the sales team has the required sales materials and support information for sales calls and RFP responses.
  • Assisting in the transition of signed contracts to the post-sales support team.
  • Developing a thorough, commercial understanding of all products and services provided by Cardinal Path.
  • Gaining skills and experience creating solutions that solve customer problems, with research and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of sales or marketing experience a must
  • Experience in digital media, web analytics or search marketing
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Unerring attention to detail and highly-organized
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel and PowerPoint
  • High energy personality with a positive and proactive work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a diverse and complex work load
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently in meeting deadlines
