Andrew is CEO of Cardinal Path and a co-founder at Abundant Venture Partners. Prior to forming Abundant Venture Partners and joining Cardinal Path, Andrew was president at Starcom MediaVest Group, the world’s largest media agency with over $40B in billings and 110 offices. In this role, he worked with some of the worlds’ largest brands such as P&G, Samsung, Nintendo, Oracle, and Coca-Cola to name a few. Andrew rose through the ranks at SMG over eleven years having entered the organization via Starcom IP, the agency’s digital unit.
Andrew began his professional career after proudly serving his country as a platoon leader in the U.S. Army and then receiving his degree from the Wharton School of Business. Starting as an account supervisor at BBDO, Andrew served as a brand manager in Procter & Gamble’s beauty care division and later became marketing director for reflect.com, P&G’s first ecommerce company.
A digital native, Andrew has a long history of digital leadership and innovation. Andrew is a co-founder of Frequency540, Cardinal Path's sister agency. Andrew is Chairman of the Board for Kontera Technologies, serves on the board of Centro Media, is an advisor to Carmel Ventures, one of the largest venture capital partnerships in Israel, and sits on the boards of Education Funding Partners and Inspireum. Regarded as an innovative leader by the industry at large, Andrew has been recognized by Advertising Age as a Media Maven, was included in Media Week’s “Power 50,” appeared on the Crain’s Chicago Business “40 under 40” list, and was inducted into the American Advertising Federation Hall of Achievement in 2008.
Andrew and his wife of 20 years, Laura, currently live in Evanston, Illinois with their twins, Tanner and Georgia, along with a zoo of pets.
