ADVERTISING VETERANS WES NICHOLS AND DAVID FRIEDMAN JOIN CARDINAL PATH ADVISORY BOARD

Chicago, IL: August 6, 2013 — Cardinal Path, the rapidly-growing, independent digital data analytics firm and the #1 global reseller of Google Analytics Premium, today announced that Wes Nichols, co-founder and CEO of MarketShare, and David Friedman, founder and CEO of AutonomyWorks, have joined Cardinal Path’s advisory board to contribute their highly-regarded industry expertise to the stewardship of the Board of Directors.

Wes Nichols, an industry authority in predictive analytics, marketing optimization, attribution and cross-channel measurement, has been creating solutions for Fortune 500 companies for over two decades. As co-founder and CEO of MarketShare, the leading analytics company helping companies grow revenue more efficiently by quantifying what drives demand, Nichols has demonstrated how to combine science, technology and expertise for optimum impact on resource allocation and marketing investments. Prior to starting MarketShare, Nichols was at Omnicom Group as President and CEO of TEQUILA, one of the world’s largest digital agency networks. He was also the founder and managing partner of Direct Partners, building from scratch one of the industry’s first digital agencies.

David Friedman, who also serves as Executive-in-Residence at Abundant Venture Partners –parent company to Cardinal Path – has over 25 years of experience assisting retail and consumer organizations in building brands through great customer experiences. Prior to starting AutonomyWorks, Friedman served as President, Marketing for Sears Holdings and before that spent 11 years as an executive with Razorfish – one of the world’s largest interactive marketing and technology companies. There, he served as President, Americas leading the Razorfish business in North and South America. Earlier in his career, Friedman spent 10 years with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) as Associate Partner working with retail and consumer products companies.

Nichols and Friedman are two of a growing panel of advisors to new Board Directors Phil Mui and Ted Meisel. Mui, Chief Product and Engineering Officer and Executive Vice President of Acxiom, the enterprise data, analytics and SaaS company and Meisel, a Senior Advisor with Elevation Partners, the media, entertainment and technology-focused private equity firm joined Cardinal Path CEO Andrew Swinand and co-founders/founding partners Alex Langshur, David Booth, David Eckman, John Hossack, and Corey Koberg in May 2013.
